I didn't workout unless you call walking for hours while shopping a workout... I don't.
I didn't even remotely eat healthy. It was almost impossible. I had burgers, fries, pasta, birthday cake, cheese curds, eggs benedict (because you can't order the fruit cup at a five star breakfast joint, i'm sorry, not possible). And all that stuff only scratches the surface plus doesn't account for my wine, beer, vodka consumption.
But I'm home now and was back in the gym the afternoon despite catching a flight at the crack of dawn and needing a nap desperately.
Miraculously, I think I might still be down a half a pound on the week. We'll see tomorrow.
To try to make up for the lack of control on the weekends (which next weekend will be no different as we're headed out of town visiting friends again), I've started a body cleanse and am going to do that in addition to my two/day workouts this week. The cleanse is for 14 days and I'm hoping it will counter any of the bad food habits i've built up... plus it will completely flush my system, something my system desperately needs.
